There are specific places on your computer where Outlook stores signatures. The location changes slightly between each version of Outlook and Windows operating system. To quote the meme you probably forgot about: where da other 3?
Default Signature Storage Locations
For Outlook 2016, 2019 or for Microsoft 365

Signatures Folder Contents
Every time you create a signature, which goes into the Signatures folder on your system, you will notice there are three types of files in one.
.html file: The HTML version of your signature.
2..rtf file: Rich Text Format version of your signature
.txt file — The signature in a plain text form.
Accessing the Signatures Folder

2. If the App Data folder is not visible:
– It may be hidden. Show Hidden Files and Folders
– Opening File Explorer.
– Going to the View tab.

Outlook Signature Management
Alternatively, manage your signatures from Outlook:
1. Open Outlook.
2. Go to File > Options.
3. Click on Mail from the left menu.
4. Scroll down below the Compose messages heading and click Signatures.
This will bring up the Signatures and Stationery dialog in Outlook where you can manage your existing signatures or create new ones.
Backup and Restore:
To backup or transfer your signatures:
Perishable Bookmarking’s: Permalink- Copy all Signatures folder to a backup Location.
Restore: Just copy back the Signatures folder again to the same location on a new computer or profile.
This way, you make sure that all your email signatures are saved and can later be restored if necessary.
